Claire Chafee (MFAW Faculty) has won the Jane Chambers Playwriting Award for her play, Full/Self. She will receive the award in Orlando at the ATHE conference in early August. Congratulations, Claire!!

Denise Newman (MFAW Faculty) received a National Endowment for the Arts 2013 Literature Translation Fellowship to support the translation from Danish of a collection of short stories, Baboon, by Danish author Naja Marie Aidt. The book will be published by Two Lines Press in 2014. Congratulations, Denise!!
